Principales responsabilités
You'will be in charge of the professional services for Telecom Service Providers over the SMEA region (South Europe, East, Middle East and Africa) and you will report to the VP Services SMEA. Your responsibilities involve the following responsibilities:
- Manage the Service team (Program Managers and System Engineering) located in Paris, with stakes such as a high level of effectiveness and pro-activity: ensure they get the relevant information and necessary means to execute their programs on time, on scope, and within budget; support and contribute to the analysis, identification, management, mitigation, and resolution of risks and issues
- Organize and supervise the Service Team work assignments: Set priorities and hold reviews in coordination with the Vice President Services SMEA and others Head of Services in the location or the region.
- Support the SMEA Head of Region in executing the strategy and ensuring and promoting effective teamwork between Program Management / System Engineering and Account Management / Business Development.
- Execute the programs for customer accounts attributed
- Apply corporate guidelines and excellence of delivery with the Service team: ownership, accountability, and urgency into achieving the right level of services delivered to customers
- Contribute actively to increase sales on the region
- Be visible to SMEA customers and contribute to strong and effective communication with them at all levels of seniority in their organizations
- Consolidate the reporting of the SMEA Services Team in charge on behalf of the Vice President Services SMEA
- Foster good relationships at all levels of seniority in the Company
- Manage the team building and hiring process for the SMEA Services Team in charge. Coach and develop the SMEA Services Team in charge. Propose plans to enhance competences and identify and promote strong people to more senior positions.
Profil recherché
- Have a Bac+4/5 in a Engineering school or associate
- Around 10 years technical/delivery experience and a management experience (around 3/5 years)
- Deep knowledge in the integration of Core Networking solutions within the Service Providers/Operators environment
