With a strong presence in France and across EMEA, they help clients design and implement technology strategies that drive measurable outcomes.<br \/>\nAs part of its continued growth, our client is currently recruiting a <strong>Sales Specialist<\/strong> <strong>IA<\/strong> to strengthen its Solutions &amp; Delivery organization.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Main missions :<\/h3>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>The Sales Specialist is responsible for <strong>driving profitable solutions revenue<\/strong> by <strong>designing, proposing, and delivering customized solutions<\/strong> that meet or exceed client business outcomes. This role <strong>collaborates closely <\/strong>with <strong>sales teams, partners, <\/strong>and<strong> internal stakeholders<\/strong> to ensure alignment of sales strategies, governance, and client satisfaction.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute <strong>strategic sales plans<\/strong> to achieve revenue growth within the Solutions business.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate sales forecasts and qualified pipelines.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement <strong>customized client solutions<\/strong> to meet client needs, coordinating internal resources to ensure high-quality delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the <strong>end-to-end sales process<\/strong> (from engagement to negotiation and deal closure).<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain <strong>strong relationships with clients<\/strong> and key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities and support proposal development for complex solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide market and client insights to <strong>improve the solution portfolio<\/strong> and overall value proposition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate profile :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in <strong>selling complex, technology-based solutions<\/strong> in B2B environments.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in selling\u00a0<strong>IT and digital services.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Hands-on experience in AI<\/strong> consulting, data strategy, the design of AI-driven solutions &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Strong <strong>communication<\/strong>, negotiation, and account management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Solid business and financial acumen with analytical capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in matrix and cross-functional environments, engaging with both sales and technical teams.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with offshore and nearshore delivery teams, ensuring coordination, quality, and on-time delivery across distributed teams.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strong client-facing<\/strong> and stakeholder management skills \u2014 comfortable leading executive discussions and defining solution strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Business-level proficiency in<strong> English and French.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a leading global technology solutions and services provider, supporting organizations in transforming their business through innovation, cloud, data, and digital modernization.
