Your role is to :
- Merge organisation challenge and consistency of production
- Be responsible for performance
- Coordinate multidisciplinary business areas and stakeholders
- Communicate the benefits and performance of the service to IT departments
- Be responsible for the successful operating and continuous improvement
- Prioritize backlogs
- Predict and manage risks
- 8-10 years in IT systems or applications development
- Master degree in Computer Engineering
- 3+ years experience as an Service Manager or technical lead large scale systems on multiple platforms
- Solid experience with distributed data and processing systems such as Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Capacity to coordinate different teams towards in common goal
- Attention to detail and strong capability to work on different projects in parallel
- Passionate about technology.
