Our client is a world leader company in retail which is putting in place a big ERP project within an actual internal ERP program.
Roll Out activities:
- Coordinate the local roll-out activities
- Drive the external consultant activities
- Perform customizing and enhancement definition
- Ensure coherence of solution and localization
- Follow up of change requests
- Tests execution
- Participate in identifying and proposing development strategies for the dedicated Finance application in various area
- Any specific finance and controlling processes (Archiving, dematerialization, legal/fiscal requirement)
- Suggest roadmap for the application evolution.
- Scan the provider’s market and software roadmaps.
- Define, monitor and update the team planning considering the different requests coming from other departments.
- Monitor and make happen the final approval for applications evolutions.
Service Support and Sustain:
- Ensure sustain and support to all the applications belonging to the Finance Area.
- Contribute as L3 to support the solution and manage the extended Support Team.
- Ensure respect of SLA’s.
- Conduct periodical meeting with external Vendors Service Manager to analyse KPI’s, Issue log’s and service quality.
- Ensure proper Knowledge Transfer to local IT organizations to guarantee proper support and business continuity.
- Initiate the internal escalations, acting as SPOC for Brands and Internal Stakeholders.

- From 2 years on Finance applications and SAP environments (with experience of a roll out or maintenance and exposure to integration with other modules / Apps)
