Sales Specialist AI Manager

As part of its continued growth, our client is currently recruiting a Sales Specialist AI Manager to strengthen its Solutions & Delivery organization.
Main missions
This is a dual role combining team leadership and hands-on business development. You will manage a team of 6 Sales Specialists across AI, Cloud, and Digital Workplace while remaining directly involved in complex and strategic sales opportunities. This is a player-coach position, requiring both operational sales execution and people management to drive performance.
Business Development
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Solutions business, with a strong focus on AI.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal profitability.
- Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Design customized solutions in collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and develop a team of 6 Sales Specialists.
- Set objectives, monitor performance, and support skill development.
- Align sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams within a matrix organization.
- Collaborate with offshore and nearshore delivery teams.
Client Engagement
- Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Promote value-based and ROI-driven solution positioning.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in selling complex technology solutions in a B2B environment.
- Strong background in IT services or digital transformation sales.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills — comfortable leading executive discussions and defining solution strategies.
- Business-level proficiency in English and French.
